You attack them all at once. All the units in the Land or Sea go on the Battleboard together.
No. Allies never attack together. However, Allies will defend together if they both occupy a space that is attacked by the Enemy.
No. Allies cannot give each other ownership of Lands. However, if an enemy takes a Land from you, and later your Ally retakes that Land, your Ally now owns it.
No. Knights can move freely through empty enemy Lands, but they only take ownership of enemy Lands if they end their Move there.
Yes. Moving onto a Galleon uses one move point, and Disembarking is free, so the Knight can move through one Land then board. (Knight may not move again after disembarking)

Yes. If your Land unit conquered a Land (taking ownership), your Fliers can land there. But Fliers cannot conquer Lands by themselves.
