Dragons of 1066 Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile and desktop game Dragons of 1066 ("Application"), developed by Huge Workshop, LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Application.

By using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Authentication and Profile Information

When you log in via a platform (such as Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, or Steam), we collect:

• Your platform user ID (e.g., Google, Apple, or Steam ID)
• Your platform-provided display name

This information is used solely for account management, identity verification, multiplayer access, and displaying your name in-game.

Gameplay Data

We store data related to your activity in the game, including:

• Games you have joined or created
• Game moves, turns, and results
• Your unlock status and preferences

This data is associated with your platform account and used to provide multiplayer services and gameplay history.

Device and Usage Data

We may collect non-identifying technical data such as:

• IP address
• Device type and operating system
• Time spent in-game
• Crash reports or error logs

This information helps us improve the game experience and troubleshoot problems.

Google AdMob

The mobile versions of Dragons of 1066 use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect:

• Advertising ID (a unique device identifier)
• Device and usage information

Ad data may be used for personalized or contextual ads, depending on your settings.

We retain your account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you delete the game, your data may remain on our servers unless you explicitly request deletion. You can also delete your account directly from within the app by using the “Delete Account” button in the Profile tab.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except:

• With platform providers (Google, Apple, Steam) for authentication
• With AdMob for advertising services
• As required by law or to protect our rights

All third-party services used are subject to their own privacy policies.

You may request deletion of your account and gameplay data using the “Delete Account” button located in the Profile tab within the game. This will permanently delete your account and associated data from our servers. We do not accept deletion requests by email because we do not collect personal identifiers (such as email addresses) that would allow us to verify your identity outside of the app. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted in this section and become effective upon publication.
